Quick Frame Standard Assembly Concept

Quick Frame profiles offer an economic, yet simple way of assembling lightweight applications such as shelving, furniture, displays, carts, and much more. Quick Frame assembly consists of simple flange machining services and nylon push-in connectors which require no additional machining.

Step #1

Align the connector with the
open face of the Quick Frame
profile.

Step #2

Using a Soft Face Mallet, begin
to tap the connector completely into the Quick Frame profile.

Note: The grooves inside the
Quick Frame profile will hold the connector in place.

Align the connector with the
open face of the other Quick
Frame profile. Using a Soft Face Mallet, begin to tap the connector completely into the Quick Frame profile.

How Does It Hold The Connector?

Quick Frame is designed to be lightweight and assemble quickly, thus making it a great choice for light-duty applications. Quick Frame profiles are assembled with molded nylon connectors.

All Quick Frame profiles have grooves on the inside of the profile so that when a connector is inserted, the grooves will bite into the connector for a tight fit.
