HT Series™ Framing - Tube Inserts

The HT Series™ Standard Tube Insert is a 6105-T5 aluminum, mill-finish assembly centerpiece. The 5/16-18 or M8 x 1.25 threaded insert creates a secure connection when used with several of the HT Series™ fastening options. A push pin or hex bolt can be used to secure the insert.

The HT Series™ Extended Tube Insert is a 6105-T5 aluminum, mill-finish assembly centerpiece. The 5/16-18 or M8 x 1.25 threaded insert creates a secure connection when connecting profile lengths not divisible by 1.50". A push pin or hex bolt can be used to secure the insert.

The 5/16 x 1.50" spring steel roll pin is used with a 4600 or 4601 standard tube insert. The roll pin creates a secure connection with the insert while keeping a clean smooth finish on the outside of the profile. The roll pin is a great choice when you need a smooth appearance to your HT Series™ project.
