To make the assembly of any HT Series™ gravity rack easier we suggest that you refer to page 751 of the 80/20 product catalog for part numbers and descriptions. This information is also available on this site, visit the Gravity Rack Detail page for component information.

Gravity Rack Assembly Step #1

The first step to completing a gravity roller subassembly is determining the frame opening dimension "A".
(see Figure 1 at right) 80/20 manufactures rollers, connectors, and stoppers all to predetermined dimensions for ease of assembly. All you need to do is select your frame opening size from the chart from the Gravity Rack Detail Page, and reference across the table for proper selection of components that will fit in between your guiderails.

Gravity Rack Assembly Step #2

Build the right end of the subassembly by captivating gravity rollers between two pieces of HT Series™ tube that are held together with Connector Rods.
(see right end step 1)

Press the spring loaded pins in on the ends of the roller and snap it into place. (see right end step 2)

Cap the right end of the assembly with Conveyor Inserts and the referenced P-Tube Stopper, then load the Connector Rod that will be used as a support.
(see right end step 3)

Set the assembly onto this height-adjustable support. (see right end step 4)

Gravity Rack Assembly Step #3

Finish the subassembly by placing Conveyor Inserts into the left ends of the guiderails, and fasten them into place by threading 5/16-18 hex bolts into the sides. Do not tighten these bolts all the way into the tube, as they will locate the left end of the subassembly into the frame. (see left end step 1)

Slide the subassembly into the frame opening and locate the hex bolt heads into the flange slots at the desired height. (see left end step 2)
